Tomato Basil Pasta

This Easy Tomato Basil Pasta recipe is made quickly with basil, garlic and two types of cheeses. This also makes a great cold pasta too.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bowtie pasta cooked and drained
  • 4 to matoes chopped
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons Basil
  • 2 teaspoons minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ container Feta cheese crumbles
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  • In a bowl, mix together tomatoes, onion basil, garlic and olive oil.
  • Add mixture to cooked pasta.
  • Fold in feta cheese crumbles and Parmesan cheese.

Notes

This recipe can also be chilled and served as a cold pasta. It is perfect for a picnic or take along lunch. 
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator 3-4 days.
