Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1 14 oz can chicken broth
  • ½ cup milk I used 2%
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the minced onion.
  • Once the onion starts to look clear, add the remaining ingredients.
  • Cook over low heat 10-15 minutes..
