Slow Cooker/Crock Pot
Wire Whisk
- 2 lbs boneless & skinless chicken thighs cubed
Sauce Recipe
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1-2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Place chicken in the base of the slow cooker.
In a bowl stir honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic and vegetable oil together. Pour over the chicken.
Cook on low for 3.5 hours.
Remove chicken from the slow cooker
Combine the water and cornstarch to create a slurry
Whisk the slurry into the sauce
Turn the slow cooker to high and let the sauce thicken 10-15 mins, Return the chicken to the chicken to the sauce.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Serve with rice, noodles, or stir-fried veggies.
