All Bran Muffins

- 1 cup All Bran
- ½ cup Bran Flakes
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- ⅔ cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375°
In a medium bowl, mix together All Bran and Bran Flakes
Add buttermilk and let set about 10 minutes .
Add egg and remaining ingredients to bowl and mix well.
Grease a muffin tin with butter or baking spray.
Fill muffin tins about ⅔ full.
Bake for 25-27 minutes until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
