Salad Supreme Pasta Salad

This easy Salad Supreme Pasta Salad is perfect for an appetizer or snack any day! Made easily in minutes, this is good for dinners, potlucks, and picnics.

Ingredients

  • 1 package spiral, fusilli pasta or rotini pasta 8 oz or 3 cups
  • 1 medium tomato seeded and chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped onions I prefer red
  • 2 carrots peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup bell pepper strips
  • 1 bunch broccoli florets washed and chopped
  • ½ 2.25 oz can sliced pitted black olives
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Salad Supreme Spice blend
  • cup bottled Italian Salad Dressing

Instructions

  • Cook pasta per package directions and rinse and drain.
  • In a mixing bowl, add all vegetables.
  • Add cooked pasta to vegetables.
  • Add salad dressing and mix well.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Cherry tomato halves can be used in place of chopped tomatoes.
Green onions or red onion slices may be added to the salad.
