Sautéed Mushrooms recipe
Fresh mushrooms sauteed in a basil butter sauce

- 3 cups fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 ½ teaspoon basil
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Over medium-low heat, melt butter in a saucepan.
Add sliced mushrooms to pan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often to cook both sides of mushrooms.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano.
Heat about 4-6 minutes until mushrooms are browned.
Remove from heat and serve.
It is a super tasty dish and makes 6 half-cup servings.
