Rainbow Fruit Parfaits

Fresh fruit rainbow parfaits. Perfect for any spring party!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 can mandarin oranges

Instructions

  • Wash all fruit and remove stems from strawberries. If desired, cut seedless grapes in half.
  • Drain mandarin oranges.
  • In parfait glasses or mason jar, layer about ½ cup of the blueberries, grapes pineapple, mandarin oranges, and strawberries.
  • Top with whipped cream or yogurt if desired.
