Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cooies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Preheat oven to 350•

  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combined soften butter, sugars, vanilla and egg.

  4. Add dry ingredients, gradually.

  5. Add chocolate chips and fold gently.

  6. Drop by tablespoons onto parchment paper.

  7. Bake 13-15 minutes until lightly brown.

  8. Cool completely before serving. Ok to move to racks after a few minutes.
