Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie

Fruit smoothie recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons honey or agave
  • 3 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place 1/2 cup ice in blender.

  2. Peel and slice bananas and place into blender.

  3. Remove stems and wash strawberries.

  4. Slice strawberries and place in blender.

  5. Add milk and oatmeal

  6. Blend on high until mixed.

  7. Top with chia seeds and sprinkle of oatmeal.
