Classic Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse peeled eggs and pat dry.

  2. Chop eggs and place in a medium bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper, and blend.
  4. Serve as a sandwich, salad or on crackers.
  5. Store covered in refrigerator 2-3 days.
