Ingredients

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • ¼ salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions

  • Rinse peeled eggs and pat dry.
  • Chop eggs and place in a medium bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper, and blend.
  • Serve as a sandwich, salad or on crackers.
  • Store covered in refrigerator 2-3 days.
