Ingredients

  • 1 box White or Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup caramel pieces

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, water, oil, and eggs.
  2. Beat until well-blened by hand 2 minutes

  3. Fold in 1/4 cup pecans and 1/4 cup caramel pieces.

  4. Pour into prepared cupcake liners 

  5. Bake per package directions.


  6. Prepare Buttercream frosting (below)
  7. Top with remaining pecans and caramel pieces.
