Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup cut mango chunks
  • 1 handful spinach about ¾ cup
  • 1 handful kale about ¾ cup
  • ½ cup apple juice

Instructions

  • Wash the greens and remove the hard stems.
  • Place ice in the blender.
  • Add all ingredients and blend until a creamy texture is achieved.
