Ingredients

pound
lean ground beef

egg

cup
bread crumbs

tablespoon
onions
minced

teaspoon
Italian seasoning

teaspoons
fresh cilantro
chopped

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
garlic salt
¼
teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
In mixing bowl, bet egg.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix together until well blended, it is best to use your hands.
Form the meatball mixture in balls (about 1 ½″ each) and place in a single layer on a greased or dark cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
Notes
You can also make these in a cast iron skillet or baking pan.
