These easy oven baked meatballs are great for spaghetti, appetizers and in sandwiches!

Easy Baked Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon onions minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl, bet egg.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix together until well blended, it is best to use your hands.
  4. Form the meat mixture in balls (about 1 1/2″ each) and place on a greased or dark cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
