- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- ⅔ cup walnuts chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 350°
In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar and egg.
Add flour gradually.
Stir in chopped walnuts.
Place half of the dough into a greased cake pan, pressing down
Drizzle honey over surface of dough.
Cover with remaining dough.
Bake in 350° oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely before slicing.
