Summer breakfast fruit smoothie bowls are a great way to incorporate more fresh fruit into your meals!

Summer Fresh Fruit Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup strawberries washed, sliced and stems removed
  • 1/2 cup blueberries washed
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoon granola

Instructions

  1. In a blender add yogurt, 1/2 cup of pineapple and 1 teaspoon of honey.
  2. Serve in two bowls.
  3. Top each bowl with 1/4 cup of berries and 1/4 cup pineapple and 1 teaspoon of honey.
  4. Top with 1 tablespoon granola.
