Hello and Happy Friday! Are you enjoying sunshine and beautiful skies where you live yet? We have had some wonderful weather this week and thankfully got to enjoy it a bit. Last weekend, we went to the Knott's Berry Farm Boysenberry Festival and on Sunday, we spend a nice afternoon at the beach. Earlier this week, I finished up my Easter decorating and did a little shoe shopping too. I love that springtime brings out shorts and sandals. Next week is spring break for our district and I cannot wait. These were all the highlights of my week so it was a pretty good one for the books. Here is the weekly meal plan for next week.

Weekly Meal Plan

Make a big stack of these Bacon & Egg Waffle Sandwiches from My Fearless Kitchen, and put them in the freezer. Pop them in the microwave for a hot breakfast every morning.

Start your week off with this Honey Mustard Baked Ham from My Fearless Kitchen and you'll have plenty of leftovers for sandwiches all week long.

If you love tacos, you'll love these Mini Taco Pies from Kimmi's Dairyland. Anything that is small enough to fit in a kid's hand is always a big hit!

Keep your kids involved in the kitchen with these Oven Pork Kabobs from The Shirley Journey.

Make a grab-and-go dinner on Thursday with these Souvlaki Chicken Wraps from The Crumby Cupcake.

There is nothing like an easy recipe for a Friday night! Wrap up the week with these Simple Stovetop Pork Chops from Organized Island.

Betsy from Desserts Required has you covered with dessert... you'll be snacking on this delicious chocolatey Matzo Munch all week long!

Take the weekend off, enjoy your leftovers, or eat out. We’ll be testing more recipes for you in our own kitchens!

Yup. This is ALL GOOD. The Bacon & Egg Waffle Sandwiches need to be mine STAT. And I love the ham. So perfect for Easter and spring break!

If I made the Matzo Munch, I'd definitely be snacking on it all week long!

Hi, I'm Raquel! I am a self-proclaimed foodie and have enjoyed cooking and baking since I was little. I loved baking cookies with my mother and grandma as a child, and later making dinners for my parents to foster my passion while in high school. I also had a passion for organizing and keeping things tidy.
