How is your week going? I have been decorating for Halloween and getting ready for this week's football game. My favorite teams lost last weekend so I am hoping for better results this weekend. I thought I would share some Pumpkin Breakfast Recipes today to embrace the pumpkin flavor at the beginning of the day!

Hello Friends!

I thought I would share some fun and interesting highights that I discovered this week.

Did you know that Frozen is the most popular animated Disney movie? Disney just added a new store in Anaheim at Downtown Disney. There is a beauty salon and kids can get their hair done like Elsa and Anna. You can read more about the store here. I still have not seen the movie yet, but I have heard the music and love it.

Then there is this guy from Australia who is determined to have coffee (in person) with all his Facebook friends and is documenting it. You can read more about that here. I love my social media friends, but that would be hard to do.

I am also just loving all of the pumpkin photos, crafts, and recipes that are around. I seriously never tire of pumpkins. I saw some wonderful pumpkin breakfast recipes on my feed, I just had to share them with you.

First off are these delightful Pumpkin Scones. They are the perfect fall bread to go with your morning coffee or tea. Not overly sweet and just the right amount of pumpkin spice.

Next, are these Easy Pumpkin Pancakes

They are so easy to make on your stove in minutes and are delicious! You can add a few chocolate chips to these and make the pumpkin chocolate chip pancakes. Try them with some maple syrup for a perfect fall breakfast.

Also great for breakfast or a mid-morning snack are these Pumpkin Twists.  These are great to pack for a mid-morning snack.

Of course, we can't forget Pumpkin Muffins

They are the perfect bit of fall flavor in a small bite.

Here are a few more great Pumpkin Breakfast recipes for you from a few friends:

Pumpkin Spice Buttermilk Donuts from Carrissa Shaw.com

Pumpkin S-more Muffins from She Saved.com

Pumpkin Bagels w/Cinnamon Sugar Crunch Topping from Cookie Named Desire.

Starbucks Copycat Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins from Thrifty Shopaholic

Pumpkin Spice Waffles from Keep It Simple Sweetie Blog.

Pumpkin Pie Overnight Yogurt Parfait from Food Done Light

Have you made any pumpkin recipes lately? What are highlights from your week so far?

We hope you enjoyed this collection. We hope to help you make the most of your day and take time to enjoy fall. Savoring the flavors of the season is a great way to practice mindfulness and embrace the moment.

That's crazy about the Facebook guy! I have just under 1,000 Facebook friends and they are scattered all over the world! I would have no idea how to do that. It's intriguing, though.
I love pumpkin for breakfast. Real pumpkin. Then I don't crave all the artificial everything pumpkin all day long!

Hi, I'm Raquel! I am a self-proclaimed foodie and have enjoyed cooking and baking since I was little. I loved baking cookies with my mother and grandma as a child, and later making dinners for my parents to foster my passion while in high school. I also had a passion for organizing and keeping things tidy.
