					<description><![CDATA[I altered your recipe to make CHOCOLATE rice pudding. I followed your recipe until the additions. I added the same 3 cups of milk, but substituted 1% chocolate milk. I was afraid to add much sugar, so I first added only 1/4 cup of erythritol, then increased it by another 1/4 c. (1/2 c. total).  It then resulted in a mild chocolate aroma &#038; taste - that was okay. But I wanted a little more intensity, so I added about 1/3 c. milk chocolate chips - perfection! I am experimenting by freezing a 2 c. container to see how it comes out. I miss ice cream on my tight budget!]]></description>
