We have all heard of pairing wines with food, but pairing wines with music? That's innovative! This month, we have been savoring the longer days spent with friends and family, before the seasons change. Lately, we have been enjoying a little wine at sunset and I want to share with you some really cool wine news.
As, you know, I love wine tasting. Recently, the Cambria Winery in Santa Maria released some very cool pairings for their Cambria Benchbreak Chardonnay and Cambria Benchbreak Pinot Noir wines. It is called the Notes of Cambria series, and it is music that is meant to be paired with their wines.
I encourage you to listen to the Notes of Cambria four-part series. It only takes a few minutes and I think you will enjoy this exciting form of wine tasting! Personally, I think it is brilliant that musician, Kalei Yamanoha, brought the wines to a new dimension through music. Check out the video below to see more.
Filmed in beautiful Santa Rosa, California, it is remarkable how the musical pairings came about. The notes and instruments of the song were carefully orchestrated to enhance the actual tasting of the flavors in the wine as they are enjoyed. You can see all of the musicians and hear the final compositions of Chardonnay Shanty and Pinot Noir Waltz.
They are two very different songs, as they are two very different wines. Listening to the enhance your knowledge and enjoyment when tasting the wines.
Of course, I could not resist the chance to try Cambria's Benchbreak Chardonnay & Cambria's Benchbreak Pinot Noir, while watching these and enjoying the final evenings of summer. This time of year, the afternoon sunsets are especially beautiful I love enjoying a glass of the fruity and flavorful, Cambria's Benchbreak Chardonnay while enjoying the moment.
Cambria’s Benchbreak Chardonnay and Cambria's Benchbreak Pinot Noir are estate grown and bottled, high quality, flavorful wines that are expressive of California’s Santa Maria Valley.
The wines are reasonably priced and available nationwide. Now is a great time to host your own Notes of Cambria moment with friends and family with a wine tasting party or late summer cocktail party.
How are you savoring summer sunsets? Have you tried Cambria wines yet?

This is brilliant! I love that Cambria thought outside the box to create something so beautiful with Kalei. The music is heartwarming and I look forward to listening to it while sipping my wines!
