Easter weekend is here and I hope that you have a wonderful Easter! We are having my in-laws coming to visit and have plans for lots of fellowship and food! This week went by fast and I am still enjoying the memories from last week’s taco festival at Doheny Beach. It was my first festival of this year and I say bring on the festivals! Now on to the weekly meal plan for next week.

Huge surprise that I recommend starting our week off with dessert! Sea Salt Caramel Mocha Brownies are beyond fantastic and if you make them at the beginning of the week, there is a slight possibility that you will still have some left by the end of the week. Oh, who are we kidding….they won’t last that long!
Apple Parmesan Pork Salad from Kimmi’s Dairyland is a great way to start your week off with a light, easy and refreshing salad. I love that Kimmi uses a raspberry merlot dressing.
The Shirley Journey is taking all of us on a fun ride with her Turkey Sloppy Joe Pizza. Adults and kids will love helping out with these.
