Fantastic salad. Didn’t have balsamic vinegar on hand used red wine vinegar and a bit of maple syrup (I’m Canadian lol) for the dressing, definitely a hit with the family.

Mango has a freshness that is just unmatched. And arugula grows right in our garden.
Cassidy only recently discovered he likes Parmesan cheese. As long as it’s fresh and grates at our local cheese store, and not from a can, he’s in love.
