My husband is a fan of thin and crispy cookies. I prefer the chewier version – so that is what I usually make. However, I think I will try this recipe and surprise him. They look fabulous!

I LOVE thin cookies! Of course usually that means I can eat double or triple the amount.
The gold sugar is so gorgeous.
I so wish we had Albertson’s.
