I first met Trish Rosenquist from Mom on Timeout blog at a blogging conference a few years ago. We were in an online blogging group together and we also both went to Bloggy Boot Camp in Las Vegas. She has always impressed me with her wonderful mouth-watering recipes. Seriously, they are epic. If you have not been by her blog, Mom on Timeout, you need to check it out.
So recently, I was so excited to hear that she authored her first cookbook, 100 Creative Ways to Use Rotisserie Chicken in Everyday Meals! Talk about a great way to streamline dinner!
