With Graduation season in full force, I have been putting together some fun and useful gifts while trying not to break the bank. If you have a high school student graduation this year, you probably know quite a few people whom you would like to acknowledge and I have a great graduation gift idea for you that retails for $12, thanks to the Dollar Tree. If you have your own basket and filling, this gift price drops down to $10.
Graduation Gift Basket
It is so easy and fun to put together a gift basket of necessities for the graduating student. This is what the final gift looks like.
Gift Basket Item Suggestions
Here is a closer look at what is inside. First we have flip-flops – kids can never have enough of these and they come in a ton of varieties. Erasable white board – for to do lists and reminders. A box of chocolates for those study sessions or a sweet treat. A tool set is helpful for any teen. A laundry bag so they can do their laundry (yay!) A brush and comb set. Peppermints – these are great for freshing breath, to ease a sore throat or just for a sweet snack. Lined note pad – who doesn’t need these? Highlighters and index cards – perfect if they are going on to college. Then I purchased a tub and decorative filling for only a buck a piece. If you have basket’s already, you have just saved yourself more money. I put everything in the basket. But we are not done yet. I added some tulle left over from my last Dollar Tree project and a cute tag. I am attaching a printable for the tags, because greeting cards are terribly expensive these days. Just click on the link below and you are ready to attach to your gift.
